Can I track my order?

Once your order has been despatched, you will receive an email from the couriers with the tracking details of your parcel.

What if I’m not in when my parcel is delivered?

All parcels are required to be signed for upon delivery, if you are not home at the time of delivery, your parcel may be left with a neighbour or the courier will attempt delivery the following day.

What are your delivery options?

We offer 2 UK delivery options. Next day: Orders must be placed before 5pm, selecting next day delivery. Standard Delivery: Standard delivery is within 3-5 working days of your order being placed. Our couriers typically deliver Monday-Friday. Please note Saturday and Sunday are not classed as working days. For international orders we offer Express and Standard delivery options – please refer to the website for country specific delivery.

What is your returns policy?

Please be informed that unless specifically provided for on our website, we do not offer refunds for all purchases made on our website. If there is a fault with your purchase and you are not satisfied with the product for this reason, please reach out to us within 14 calendar days of your purchase, as you may be eligible for an exchange or gift voucher to be used both online , email, Whatsapp and via DM.
After the 14-day period, you will no longer be eligible and won’t be able to exchange or receive a gift voucher. We encourage our customers to try the product in the first two weeks after purchase to ensure it fits your needs.
