Once your order has been despatched, you will receive an email from the couriers with the tracking details of your parcel.
All parcels are required to be signed for upon delivery, if you are not home at the time of delivery, your parcel may be left with a neighbour or the courier will attempt delivery the following day.
We offer 2 UK delivery options. Next day: Orders must be placed before 5pm, selecting next day delivery. Standard Delivery: Standard delivery is within 3-5 working days of your order being placed. Our couriers typically deliver Monday-Friday. Please note Saturday and Sunday are not classed as working days. For international orders we offer Express and Standard delivery options – please refer to the website for country specific delivery.
Unfortunately, we do not offer an exchange service, you will need to place a new order for the alternate size/colour required and return the other back to us for a refund.
We offer a 30 day returns policy for all goods, from the date you receive your order, our UK returns service is free and trackable. All returned items should be sent in their original condition and packaging including tags. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may send it back to you. International returns: Vc Lounge do not offer pre-paid international returns. All return postage costs must be met by the buyer.
