Here at VC-LOUNGE, we want you to be completely satisfied with your online purchase, so we’re happy to accept returns on any garment that is unworn, unaltered, no perfume smell, unwashed and still fitted with all tags and labels, for exchange or store credits only. This applies to only items despatched to us within 5-7 days of receipt by you with original proof of payment. Store credit notes, are valid to use at anytime from date of issue.
It’s important to note that original shipping charges are non refundable and return shipping costs are not covered by VC-LOUNGE.
VC- LOUNGE takes no responsibility for missing incoming deliveries of a return, therefore, we suggest you return your item(s) via registered or traceable postal services as return parcels remain the responsibility of the customer until received by VC-LOUNGE.
You will receive an email from our team once returned package has been received.
Luckily, our return instructions on the returns sheet enclosed with your delivery makes sending it back hassle free. Make sure you mail your returns back to us within 5 -7 days of receipt.
Please note SALE items are non refundable.
We only process exchange or store credit for returned items and these will be displayed as a code in your email inbox. This will be made available immediately after 2-3 business days of processing.

Exchanges take around 2-3 working days to process, plus the delivery time to the same address as your original order.

You can exchange your item for any size or item (permitted it’s in stock) and we send them back to you.

Items purchased on sales or any other promotional events are only eligible for exchange .
We’re unable to accept returns beyond the 5-10 days of your receipt.
Sale items are strictly exchange only. A sale item will show as a price deduction e.g. was £50 now £30.
Please note, it is your responsibility to ensure that your return is tracked and in the event that you cannot provide proof of the return, we are at liberty to decline your request for a return.
Customers are also urged to retain proof of postage as we are not responsible for returns lost in the post. This is a matter for the courier.

Please only attend once you have received a pick up text to confirm your order is ready.
Pick ups follow an alternate set of terms and conditions to online sales- please disregard online T&Cs if you ordered for pick up, as these do not apply. All pick ups must be collected within 7 days of ordering, we will only hold your order for 7 days, if for any reason you can not make it- please pop us an email and we can extend this period.
Once the pick up is ordered, the order will be packaged in complimentary gift packaging and the customer will receive a text as too when the order is ready to collect. Our opening hours are 10-4 Monday – Friday and may vary on Saturday, please check the text confirmation to confirm this.
